In short: we write you a professional CV, you receive it within 24 hours, then you pay. We revise it free for two years. We do not guarantee you a job — nobody honestly can.
1. من نحن وما تعنيه هذه الشروط1. Who we are, and what these terms mean
"نحن" و"CV Pioneers" تعني خدمة الكتابة المهنية التي تأسست في المملكة المتحدة عام 2023. و"أنت" و"العميل" تعني الشخص الذي يطلب خدماتنا. "We" and "CV Pioneers" mean the professional writing service founded in the UK in 2023. "You" and "the Client" mean the person requesting our services.
بطلبك أي خدمة منا — عبر واتساب أو الموقع — فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط. By ordering any service from us — on WhatsApp or through this website — you agree to these terms.
2. خدماتنا2. Our services
- سيرة ذاتية ATS — مكتوبة ومصممة لتُقرأ من أنظمة تتبّع المتقدمين، وتُسلَّم في نسختين: نسخة ATS نظيفة، ونسخة مصممة بصورتك. ATS CV — written and designed to be read by applicant tracking systems, delivered in two versions: a clean ATS copy, and a designed copy with your photograph.
- خطاب وظيفي (Cover Letter) — موجّه لوظيفة بعينها أو عام. Cover Letter — targeted at a specific job, or general.
- بروفايل LinkedIn — إنشاء أو تطوير. LinkedIn Profile — created or improved.
- ترتيب شهاداتك في ملف واحد منظم — مجاناً مع كل باقة. Organising your certificates into a single tidy file — free with every package.
جميع الملفات تُسلَّم بصيغتي PDF و Word قابلة للتعديل — وليست صوراً. All files are delivered as editable PDF and Word documents — not images.
3. الأسعار3. Prices
أسعارنا معروضة على صفحة الأسعار بالجنيه السوداني والريال/الدرهم والجنيه المصري. السعر المعتمد هو ما نتفق عليه معك كتابةً في المحادثة قبل بدء العمل. Our prices are shown on the pricing section in Sudanese pounds, SAR/AED and Egyptian pounds. The price that applies is the one we agree with you in writing in the chat, before work begins.
قد نغيّر أسعارنا في أي وقت، لكن أي تغيير لا يؤثر على طلب تم الاتفاق عليه بالفعل. We may change our prices at any time, but no change affects an order already agreed.
4. الدفع4. Payment
لا تدفع أي مقدَّم. نسلّم ملفاتك أولاً، ثم يُستحق الدفع عند الاستلام. Nothing is paid upfront. We deliver your files first, and payment becomes due on delivery.
طريقة الدفع الأساسية: بنكك. وقد نتفق معك على طريقة أخرى مناسبة في المحادثة. لا نقبل بطاقات الائتمان ولا نستخدم أي بوابة دفع إلكترونية. The main payment method is BANKAK. Another suitable method may be agreed with you in chat. We do not accept credit cards and use no online payment gateway.
الدفع بعد التسليم هو ثقة نمنحها لك. وفي المقابل، المبلغ مستحق فور استلامك للملفات. ولو كان في العمل ما يحتاج تعديلاً، فنحن نعدّله لك مجاناً — التعديل هو الحل، وليس الامتناع عن الدفع. Paying after delivery is a matter of trust we extend to you. In return, the amount is due as soon as you receive your files. If something in the work needs changing, we will revise it for you free of charge — revision is the remedy, not withholding payment.

خدمة الاستعجال مجانية: لو كنت محتاجاً ملفك قبل ذلك، أخبرنا وسنقدّم طلبك في الأولوية بلا أي رسوم إضافية — بحسب ضغط العمل لدينا في ذلك اليوم. Rush delivery is free: if you need your file sooner, tell us and we will prioritise your order at no extra charge — subject to our workload that day.
تبدأ هذه المدة من لحظة استلامنا لكل بياناتك كاملة — لا من لحظة طلبك. أي تأخير في إرسال بياناتك يؤخر التسليم بنفس المقدار. These times run from the moment we receive all your information in full — not from the moment you order. Any delay in sending us your details delays delivery by the same amount.
6. مسؤوليتك6. Your responsibility
نحن نكتب بناءً على ما ترسله لنا. أنت مسؤول عن صحة ودقة المعلومات التي تزوّدنا بها — الخبرات، والتواريخ، والشهادات، والمسميات الوظيفية. We write on the basis of what you send us. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you provide — your experience, dates, qualifications and job titles.
لا نتحقق من صحة بياناتك ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي معلومة غير صحيحة ترسلها إلينا. We do not verify your information and we accept no responsibility for any inaccurate information you give us.
7. التعديلات المجانية7. Free revisions
نقدّم تعديلات مجانية لمدة عامين (24 شهراً) على الملف الذي سلّمناه لك. We provide free revisions for two years (24 months) on the file we delivered to you.
التعديل يشمل: تصحيح الأخطاء، تحديث الخبرات، تعديل الصياغة أو الترتيب. ولا يشمل: كتابة سيرة ذاتية جديدة من الصفر لشخص آخر، أو تغيير المجال المهني بالكامل — فهذه خدمة جديدة. A revision covers: correcting errors, updating your experience, and adjusting the wording or layout. It does not cover: writing a new CV from scratch for someone else, or changing your career field entirely — those are new orders.
8. ما لا نضمنه8. What we do not guarantee
لا نضمن لك وظيفة، ولا مقابلة، ولا رداً من أي شركة. ولا يستطيع أي مكتب كتابة سير ذاتية أن يضمن ذلك بصدق. قرار التوظيف يخصّ صاحب العمل وحده، ويعتمد على خبرتك ومنافسيك وظروف السوق. We do not guarantee you a job, an interview, or a reply from any company. No CV writing service can honestly guarantee that. The hiring decision belongs to the employer alone, and depends on your experience, your competition and the state of the market.
وبخصوص نظام ATS: النظام يطابق سيرتك مع نص الإعلان الوظيفي، ولأن كل شركة تكتب إعلانها بطريقة مختلفة، فإن التطابق التام مستحيل. نسبة المطابقة الواقعية تقع عادةً بين 10% و 40%. نحن نكتب لك سيرة يقرأها نظام ATS ويقرأها الإنسان — لكننا لا نضمن نسبة مطابقة محددة ولا اجتياز فلتر بعينه. وأي جهة تعدك بـ 90% أو 98% لا تقول لك الحقيقة. On ATS: the system matches your CV against the text of a specific job advert, and because every company words its advert differently, a perfect match is impossible. Realistic match rates fall between 10% and 40%. We write a CV that both the ATS and a human can read — but we do not guarantee any specific match score, nor that you will pass any particular filter. Anyone promising you 90% or 98% is not telling you the truth.
9. ملكية الملفات9. Ownership of your files
بمجرد سداد المبلغ، الملفات ملكك أنت بالكامل. لك أن تستخدمها وتعدّلها وتشاركها كما تشاء، بلا أي قيد منا. Once payment is made, the files are entirely yours. You may use them, edit them and share them however you wish, with no restriction from us.
أما القوالب والتصاميم التي نستخدمها فتبقى ملكاً لنا، ولا يجوز إعادة بيعها أو استخدامها لتقديم خدمة كتابة مشابهة. The templates and designs we use, however, remain ours. They may not be resold or used to provide a competing writing service.
10. استخدام عملك كنموذج10. Using your work as a sample
قد نطلب إذنك لعرض سيرتك الذاتية كنموذج. لن نفعل ذلك بدون موافقتك الصريحة، وسنُخفي دائماً اسمك وبيانات تواصلك. راجع سياسة الخصوصية. We may ask your permission to show your CV as a sample. We will not do so without your explicit consent, and we will always remove your name and contact details. See our Privacy Policy.
11. الإلغاء11. Cancellation
يمكنك إلغاء طلبك مجاناً وبلا أي التزام قبل أن نبدأ العمل. وبما أنك لا تدفع مقدماً، فلن تخسر شيئاً. You may cancel your order free of charge, with no obligation, before we begin work. Since you pay nothing upfront, you lose nothing.
ونحتفظ نحن أيضاً بحق الاعتذار عن أي طلب قبل بدء العمل، ودون إبداء أسباب. We equally reserve the right to decline any order before work begins, without giving a reason.
12. حدود المسؤولية12. Limitation of liability
نبذل أقصى جهدنا المهني في كل ملف نكتبه. لكن مسؤوليتنا تجاهك لا تتجاوز في أي حال قيمة المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل الخدمة. We apply our best professional effort to every file we write. However, our liability to you shall not in any event exceed the amount you paid for the service.
ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي خسارة غير مباشرة — كفقدان فرصة عمل، أو تأخّر في التوظيف، أو أي قرار يتخذه صاحب عمل. We are not liable for any indirect loss — such as a missed job opportunity, a delay in being hired, or any decision taken by an employer.
ولا شيء في هذه الشروط يستثني مسؤوليتنا عن الاحتيال أو التضليل المتعمّد. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for fraud or deliberate misrepresentation.
13. حل الخلافات13. Resolving disputes
لو حصل أي خلاف، تواصل معنا مباشرة أولاً على contact@cvpioneers.com — نلتزم بالرد خلال 7 أيام والسعي لحلّه ودياً. أغلب الخلافات تُحلّ بتعديل بسيط. If a dispute arises, please contact us directly first at contact@cvpioneers.com — we commit to replying within 7 days and to seeking an amicable resolution. Most disputes are resolved with a simple revision.
14. تغيير هذه الشروط14. Changes to these terms
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. النسخة السارية على طلبك هي النسخة المنشورة يوم اتفاقك معنا. تاريخ آخر تحديث مذكور أعلى الصفحة. We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you agreed it with us. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page.
