نظام ATS لا يقرأ سيرتك كما يقرأها الإنسان. إنه يطابقها مع نص الإعلان الوظيفي، كلمةً بكلمة. ATS does not read your CV the way a person does. It matches it, word by word, against the text of the job advert.
